A 1st Line Support Technician is required for a well established and market leading client who specialise in software for the logistics sector.
As the 1st Line Support Technician, you will report to Support Manager and you will be responsible for:
The person we are looking for is likely to either come from an IT help desk background or perhaps may be an ‘expert user’ within a department of their business and well regarded in their current role.
Suitable candidates will be enthusiastic, personable and naturally build relationships with others. You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing. You will naturally conduct yourself in a way that commands the confidence and trust of those you meet.
