An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as the Innovation Manager reporting to the R&D Chief Technical Officer. The role is part of the R&D team responsible for the innovation processes, and the strategic planning and delivery of all innovation and advanced development activities to the agreed programme.
As the role holder, you will lead and manage the innovation team to deliver the innovation projects, designed around the medium to longer term R&D initiatives that seek to explore new ideas and develop new technologies before being required in future NPI projects.
