Working with SME businesses across East Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire this pivotal role will see you as a face for our business developing new relationships and securing new business.

As Business Development Manager you will build relationships at a senior level, working with business owners, hiring managers and HR departments to secure partnerships that will increase client base, brand presence, market share and profitability. The Business Development Manager will be the companies brand ambassador be that in client meetings, or at various networking events across the region.
To be successful as Business Development Manager you must be resilient, well organised, a quick thinker and even quicker to act and take ownership. Competitive by nature with a genuine enthusiasm for being in front of people. You will also be able to demonstrate making smart commercial decisions, securing the right business and not just any business.
With a strong B2B background and an existing network of business contacts within the SME companies in the Humber region would be a distinct advantage but is not essential.
