Origin Packaging are investing in and expanding their healthcare manufacturing business based in Melton, East Yorkshire. As a result, the company will be looking to recruit a number of employees to support the expansion strategy. Adding to the recently appointed HR Advisor, the business is now seeking additional resource to support the Supply Chain and Planning function.
We are looking for 2 x Supply Chain/Planning Leads to co-ordinate activities between the supply chain, production, and warehousing, including logistics, purchasing, and planning. Two roles will collaboratively work together to ensure the smooth running and organisation of the planning, logistics and purchasing activities.
The right person will be self-motivated and organised, ensuring materials are procured and delivered in line with planned production activities. To be successful in this role, you should have worked in a high-volume manufacturing environment and have experience of interacting with suppliers and planning production
This is a great opportunity for someone to be in involved in a business where the effects of production will have far reaching impacts, whilst joining at a time where there are no direct reports, but there is scope to develop the team as the business continues with its growth plans.
