Trade Partnership Manager
LOCATION: BEVERLEY / LEEDS
SALARY: £35,000 – £40,000 + COMMISSION
Naturewall are continuing their impressive growth journey and are now looking for a results driven Trade Partnership Manager to help build and scale a high-performing UK-wide installer network.
This is not a traditional account management role focused purely on sign-ups. Naturewall are looking for someone who can recruit and activate installers quickly, build long-term relationships, drive repeat business, increase average order values, and help create a seamless customer-to-installer journey.
Working closely with ecommerce, marketing, operations, and commercial teams, you’ll play a key role in shaping and growing Naturewall’s trade offering and installer network across the UK.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Recruit and onboard installers across the UK including joiners, kitchen fitters, bathroom installers, decorators, and small developers
- Build strong long-term installer relationships that drive repeat business and account growth
- Drive installer activation with a focus on generating first orders quickly
- Increase average order value by promoting complete product systems including panels, trims, adhesives, and accessories
- Collaborate with ecommerce teams to support development and improvement of the trade self-serve platform
- Support the creation of a simple and effective trade customer journey
- Work closely with marketing on regional campaigns, promotions, referral initiatives, and installer communications
- Feed installer and customer insights into wider commercial decision-making
- Support the development of scalable installer allocation and fulfilment processes
- Work alongside operations and customer teams to ensure a smooth installation experience
- Ensure installers are equipped with the right product knowledge, support, and information
- Contribute to the continued growth and development of the wider trade function
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Previous experience within a business development, trade sales, account management, or installer network role
- Commercially minded with a proactive and results-driven approach
- Confident building relationships both over the phone and face-to-face
- Experience working with tradespeople, installers, contractors, or trade customers
- Ability to grow accounts and encourage repeat purchasing behaviour
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Practical, hands-on, and action-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with ecommerce, marketing, and operational teams
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple relationships and priorities
- Experience within building materials, interiors, KBB, merchant sales, trade ecommerce, or installer networks would be highly beneficial
DESIRABLE
- Experience selling into trade, merchant, interiors, KBB, or construction markets
- Experience growing installer or contractor networks
- Understanding of ecommerce-led trade environments
- Experience driving account growth, repeat ordering, or increasing basket value
- Exposure to customer journey improvement or fulfilment processes
