Brooksby Projects were founded in 1984 and are a well-established family business that manufacture highly specialist structural and architectural steel products for the construction market.

The majority of work Brooksby carry out is designing and manufacturing specialist balconies for high rise residential developments across the UK, working with leading architects, developers and contractors.

Their slide-on, cantilevered, FlightDeck® balconies have been developed by Brooksby specifically for high rise residential projects. They have 30 years’ experience of designing, manufacturing and installing cantilevered balconies and fully understand all the requirements, timeframes and constraints of working on a complex site. All their balconies are manufactured offsite, improving the speed, quality, safety and reducing costs for our clients.

In addition to their balcony projects, having in-house fabrication means Brooksby can design, manufacture and install other bespoke structural and architectural steel elements, providing an economical one-stop solution to the overall project.

The Brooksby team, work with major building contractors across the UK, but particularly in London. Most of Brooksby’s work is in London and the Docklands, where they are accustomed to working within the constraints of our capital city.

In addition to the capacity to fabricate ten to fifteen balconies a day in their factory, Brooksby also have an assembly site just a mile away in Immingham, which has large and secure yards, where they both assemble and store all their finished components, ready for delivery as project programmes require.
