BeA Fastening Systems Ltd is part of the 110 years old BeA Group, and 52 years old BeA UK. BeA manufacture fixings and fastening for construction and industrial sectors across the world.
Over the last 52 years in the UK, they have become the go to fastening systems suppliers to the Furniture, Bed, bed and packaging industries.
In recent years in the UK, BeA has seen increasing their market share of the housing market by winning many new customers in off-site Timber Frame, light gauge steel and modular home manufacturers. The Offsite industry has some unique and specific construction challenges; the type and quality standards of fixings are very often bespoke to this sector. By working closely with some of the major manufacturers, BeA has actively developed specific fixings, fasteners, tools and manufacturing including automated and robotic manufacturing lines, to satisfy this fast-growing sector.
Staplers and nailers remain the core products from BeA, more recently their range of automatic solutions for larger scale manufacturing have seen increasing demand from offsite housing manufacturing sector.
BeA is now the largest supplier of tools designed specifically for automated Manufacturing where staples, nails or screw fasteners are needed.
As they continue to grow and innovate BeA are growing their team to help increase efficiencies, up-skill their current team and ultimately deliver profitability.
Emmerson Kitney have worked with BeA for a number of years recruiting in to their Internal Sales Team and their Finance Function at their Woodmansey Site. Emmerson Kitney are now delighted to be working with BeA once again to recruit an Internal Sales Manager to lead their Internal Sales Function, sit on the Senior Leadership Team as well as taking charge of their CRM System with the aim of proving trends and valuable data to help the company perform better.
