To onboard all new clients we follow the EK Proven Partnership Process. Together we map out expectations, milestones and deliverables so that you know what to expect at every stage. It also helps to lock in candidates. Our Partnership Process has three clear stages aligned to our uniques:

This initial stage involves us getting to know your business and talent requirements, with the goal of becoming an extension of your HR team. Our commitment is not limited to a single project, but to all your projects, present and future. Our ambition is that more than 95% of our placements will remain in their roles for at least 12 months.

In You

Your consultant will use a combination of targeted digital and social advertising, face to face meetings, digital screening tools, together with databases and Job Search Boards to find the best candidates for you to interview. They will also provide detailed timelines and keep you informed throughout the process. We call this the EK Critical Path.

Deliver / Review

Delivering Powerful Outcomes

Your EK Consultant will then support you in selecting the right talent to meet your specific needs. We will coordinate and arrange interviews, undertake psychometric assessments and check all references and qualifications. Then once in position we will check in with you and the new member of your team after day one, week one, month one and at month six to ensure they are settling in as expected.
